Helen joined Ashton Wheelans in April 2025, bringing with her over 25 years' experience in commercial and agri business advisory. She has previously held senior roles including Partner at Grant Thornton and Director at PWC in Christchurch.

She loves partnering with clients, their families and teams to achieve their needs of today, while planning for tomorrow. Helen helps clients by developing their financial literacy, systems and processes, managing change, and improving forecasting and cashflow management. She also works closely with clients on utilising IT systems and providing risk evaluation and mitigation. 

Family succession planning and assisting with complex family relationships are also key areas that Helen is passionate about. Helping to get things sorted before any issues arise.

At home in Oamaru Helen enjoys exploring the countryside in her classic cars, gardening, travelling, spending time with her family and dog Milo.
