Moving to Level 2

What Level 2 means for Ashton Wheelans
Ashton Wheelans have opened our offices under Level 2. We will be operating sign in and contact tracing measures for anyone entering the building.

We are able to have clients enter the office, but we will still encourage virtual meetings wherever practical in order to minimise risk to all.

  • Contact Tracing: We will be running a contactless digital sign-in register for all our staff and visitors via You should consider this option for your business too in order to minimise surface contact.
  • Contactless Door to Door Courier Available: We can arrange for documents and records to be picked up direct from you and delivered to us. Please contact our team at or 03 366 7154 if you would like us to facilitate this.

Creditor Compromises
Many businesses have been pushed to the brink as a result of this pandemic. As you look to restart your business this could be a good opportunity to consider a creditor compromise. This involves formally proposing to all creditors to repay a percentage of your business debts over an agreed time frame, as full and final settlement, so you can continue operating and achieve a better outcome for all than a potential liquidation of the company.

We would be happy to discuss with you how this could look, more information is available on our website: Insolvency & Business Recovery, or feel free to reach out to our specialist insolvency Director Andrew Oorschot.
