Standard Disbursements 

We charge a standard disbursement with every final invoice each year. Depending on the size of the invoice and the complexity of the work completed, it will be between a minimum of $40 to a maximum of $400 per entity. This cost covers all incidental costs including stationary, postage, travel (unless specifically separated) cell calls or toll calls, file storage and scanning

Payment Methods 

Our clients find direct debit (DD) is the most straightforward payment method. Especially if you pay a monthly Xero subscription, DD is the most convenient way to go
