Select the Wesley Hotel Limited (In Liquidation)
Appointed on 4 July 2011, following a dispute with the Hotel Landlord.
We have collected funds from the company bank account, and also recovered a cheque which was banked by the incorrect company through SBS Bank.
We are still trying to recover assets etc through the Landlord of the Hotel, this matter is ongoing.
Due to a preferential claim from the Inland Revenue Department, it appears unlikely that there will be a distribution to unsecured creditors.
