J T Marine Farms Limited (In Liquidation)
Appointed on 1 July 2011 following the sale of the business assets.
We have collected all outstanding debtors of the company, and also sold the assets of the company via a broker.
We are awaiting the resolution of an investigation of funds paid out in the period prior to liquidation to Allied Nationwide, who are themselves in receivership.
Due to a large preferential claim from the Inland Revenue Department, there will be no funds available for distribution to unsecured creditors.
