Appointed on 8 September 2011 by shareholder resolution.
We have sold the assets of the company at public auction and these funds will be paid to creditors in order of legal priority.
Unfortunately it appears unlikely that there will be any recovery to unsecured creditors, due to a large preferential claim from the Inland Revenue Department.
