Andrew's professional strengths are in business advisory services, insolvency administration and audit assurance services. He has specific interest in:
- Business start-ups and ownership structures
- Tax planning advice
- Family trust and trading trust structures
- Management buy-outs / succession planning
- Business turnaround / financial modelling
- Business valuations
Andrew has worked in chartered accountancy since 1984 initially with Coopers & Lybrand (now part of PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and then with Ashton Wheelans since 1995. He was appointed as a partner in the firm in 1997. He currently provides business and financial advice to a wide range of clients and is partner in charge of insolvency services.
Andrew is a director of Mutual Credit Finance Limited, a local finance company, a member of the Board of Trustees for Cathedral Grammar School and a trustee of Nova Trust Board, an alcohol rehabilitation centre. He is also on the organising committee of the local Insolvency Special Interest Group.
